Regulation Of Rally (Under Section 30 of Police Act 1861)

Permission for conducting public meeting/ procession/ rally and other functions is being issued U/S. 30 Police Act 1861.Application can be given to concerned OIC PS with details of proposed programme, nature of programme venue, date and timing, expected gathering and other important aspects like VIPs attending the same. The OIC will issue permission with necessary terms and conditions after seeking approval from the Superintendent of Police, Lakshadweep.
